Anvil Place

This is our latest project where we are aiming to provide a house for 4/6 adults with learning disabilities to live in the Billericay or Chelmsford area. The trust is in discussion with Essex Social Services to identify a possible greenfield site or to renovate an existing house. Current thinking recommends every individual resident has their own self-contained accomodation with a shared social area. This enables the young adults to have an independent life within a supported environment. The aim being that each individual is able to reach their potential, whatever that may be. The trust hopes to open this home within the next few years.
